After a brief assessment, the aura is cleansed of energetic debris, stones are laid on the body and quartz crystals are held along meridian lines to facilitate energy flow and to amplify channeled energy. Sessions begin with a short meditation to begin the direct energy transmission to the client (Holy Fire Reiki), followed by gentle touch or no touch to help facilitate energy flow throughout the physical body (based on Japanese and Western Reiki traditions). These sessions help recipients unblock stagnant energy, emotions, and achieve a more calm and relaxed state. Joycie incorporates sound elements to invite relaxation and to help with release.
